Carbon, the Building Blocks of Matter

As mentioned yesterday, Julia Child is one of my food heroes.  Unlike the Blade Runner-esque hosts of most TV food programs, she’s all heart, funny accent and all. Just watch.  Happy Friday.

    i always loved how massive her hands looked in comparison with her food... julia child is so great.
