Happy New Year and all that...

Dear Readers:
     First, I owe all of you an apology for not posting. Because I am the family-appointed chef de cuisine at all family gatherings, I spent the entire holiday period, ironically, cooking.
     Secondly, there are lots of exciting things to look forward to in 2011 at Edo Ergo Sum.  An RSS Feed, email subscription, a Twitter feed (Twitter Handle: EdoErgoSum) and hopefully a new layout.
     Thirdly, in a month, I will posting from BERLIN!  This brings a world of possibilities culinarily and environmentally.  Germany is one of the most eco-conscious countries in the world (it even has a Green Party in the Bundestag!) and Berlin has become one of the most cosmopolitan cities on this earth.  Put them together and you get some seriously delicious environmentally-conscious eats!
   Enough already.  Gotta write tomorrow's post!
